Introduction
The 8th International Conference on Food and Agriculture (ICoFA 2025), organized by Politeknik Negeri Jember, will be held virtually via Zoom Meeting on October 25, 2025. With the theme “Innovating Resilient Food, Agriculture, and Energy Systems for Net-Zero and Circular Economy Transitions,” the conference provides a global platform for researchers, academics, industry practitioners, and policymakers to present their latest findings, share innovative ideas, and establish international collaborations.
This year, ICoFA 2025 is proudly presented as part of the 37th Anniversary (Dies Natalis) Celebration of Politeknik Negeri Jember, further highlighting the institution’s commitment to advancing research, innovation, and global partnerships in agriculture, food, and sustainable development.
